Our Chip System

Our Chip System is designed to deliver a flawless, long-lasting floor with both style and strength. Each layer works together to create a surface that’s durable, easy to clean, and resistant to chemicals, impacts, and wear. We start with your existing concrete substrate, preparing it for maximum adhesion. An optional primer can be applied for moisture control when needed, followed by a tinted polyurea basecoat for color and protection. Next, we broadcast vinyl flakes to add texture, color, and slip resistance. Finally, a polyaspartic topcoat seals the system—providing a glossy, UV-stable finish that’s built to last for years of heavy use.
